When you dress nicely, trust me, you'll feel a lot more confident. Instead of going to your 9 a.m. in Nike shorts and a t-shirt, wear jeans and a nice top!

Well, obviously. But instead of throwing your hair up in a ponytail or whatever you do, curl or straighten your hair. Put on some makeup to make yourself glow!

Just simply opening the door for someone else easily makes your day 100 percent better and makes you feel good.

Whether it's for an exam or your first day of work, be prepared. Being prepared makes your day go smoothly and you know what you're going to tackle first on your to-do list.
6. Exercise.
Going to the gym for an hour can relieve all of your worry and stress that your tough day has bought on.
7. Stay away from the negativity.
Place yourself with positive people. No one wants to be around someone who is always dragging someone behind them.
8. Don't accept failure.
You fall down? Get back up and try again! You got this!
9. Do things for you.
Go on a shopping trip and spoil yourself! You deserve everything you ever wanted!
10. Don't let anyone push you around.
Once you stop letting people push you around you'll instantly be more confident! You can't let anyone tell you you can't do something, because guess what...you can!
