thetvaddict.com

Netflix has many great shows that all college students love to binge watch. We are all guilty of skipping a class or two in order to stay in bed and watch ten episodes of Friends in a row. I'm not sure that I even left my dorm room the week that "Gilmore Girls" began streaming on Netflix. However, if you find that you have run out of shows to watch, don't resort to watching endless "Parks and Rec" reruns. There are plenty more series to help you procrastinate on your assignments even more. Here are 11 television series on Netflix that are underrated and deserve to be binge watched:

1. "Roswell" (1999-2002)

Roswell is a one of a kind show. It follows three aliens living in disguise as teenagers at a normal high school in New Mexico. When their secret gets out, drama ensues. This show is three seasons filled with excitement, romance, horror, and comedy. It may sound cheesy, but trust me, you'll be hooked after the first episode. (3 seasons)

Best Episodes: "Pilot"(1x1), "Blind Date"(1x14), "Max to the Max"(1x20), "The End of the World"(2x5)

2. "Chuck" (2007-2012)

"Chuck" is one of the funniest yet emotional shows on Netflix. The series revolves around a normal guy, Chuck, who lives a normal life until someone from his past sends him an email filled with government secrets that downloads into his brain. Chuck is now forced to aid the FBI and NSA while also keeping this major secret from his family and friends. Watch as Chuck helps save the world, keeps his sister safe, and tries not to fall in love with an FBI agent. (5 seasons)

Best Episodes: "Chuck vs. The Tango"(1x3), "Chuck vs. The Marlin"(1x13), "Chuck vs. The Suburbs"(2x13), "Chuck vs. The Final Exam"(3x11)

3. "Flashpoint" (2008-2012)

If you've finished watching Criminal Minds, then turn to this show. A team of officers work together to solve some of the biggest hostage situations and murders in Canada. Who would've thought that Canada could have so many murders and kidnappings? Not only does the show keep you on the edge of your seat, but it's easy to fall in love with the characters. Relationship drama plays a big part of the show, and you'll find yourself praying that some characters will end up together. (5 seasons)

Best Episodes: "Attention Shoppers"(1x6), "One Wrong Move"(2x14), "Shockwave"(4x7), "Broken Peace"(5x1) (Caution: you will cry during episode 5x1)

4."White Collar" (2009-2014)

This show will make you fall in love with a con man. It follows Neal Caffrey, a con man who makes a deal with the FBI to help solve cases if they let him out of prison and be monitored by an ankle tracker. Neal's wit, cleverness, and strong love for his family and friends makes him an amazing character. The show keeps you wondering if he will try to escape with his sidekick, Mozzie, or if he will stay with his FBI handler, Peter, and his wife, Elizabeth. This show will bring you to tears, both of laughter and sadness. (6 seasons)

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
