Pinterest is hands-down a girl's best friend in any given situation. Whether it be whipping up a quick (but delicious) meal or finding the hottest outfit ideas for any given day of the week, we know that this social media site has always got our back. Creating new boards from morning to night, it has been made clear to us Pinners that Pinterest is no doubt an addiction—but a healthy one.

1. Everyone has become fantasized by your sudden mastering in desserts, entrees, appetizers, and drinks. Hell, you didn't even think you had it in you!

2. You have never gotten more compliments on your clothing in your entire life. "Well, thanks! This shirt has been sitting in the back of my closet forever until Pinterest taught me how to reincarnate it."

3. Organization like this had never crossed your mind before Pinterest came along. Now you have your entire pantry labeled and your closet arranged by brand name. "Damn, girl, look at that Tori Burch lineup!"

4. You would have never even put a Barbie house together without someone's help. Now Pinterest has you making your own doll houses and creating masterpieces out of a single pool noodle and some household items. #WhoWouldHaveThought

5. Even if your "Motivation and Fitness" board is slowly growing cob webs, Pinterest has inspired you to achieve a variety of goals and visit a number of destinations around the world that you have never even heard of. (I promise I'll get to doing that 15 minute "perfect butt" workout eventually.)

6. You have your entire future planned out, like, literally. The future boards generally go as follows: "Wedding," "Dream Home," "Children," "Potential Dinner Menu," "When I get Skinny," "Outfits I'll Wear to My Real Job (When I get One)," "Photos I'll Take when I Finally Decide to get into Photography," "Bucket List," "Places I will Travel to," and oh, the list goes on.

7. No matter what the occasion, your home is always decorated to a T. Halloween? A pumpkin carved and filled with ranch surrounded by vegetables. Christmas? Well, let's just say the "Elf on the Shelf" got super creative this year. And Easter? What would this holiday be without the most exciting Easter egg hunt "Pinterest-style"?

8. It's obviously a way better addiction than Facebook and other social networking sites. No drama, no problem! Just gonna keep on pinning my life away now!

9. Whenever you're feeling down or even inspired, you search the "Quotes" category, and 500 pins later, you're feeling like a whole new person. #TheFeels

10. From the time you wake up in the morning to breaks in between the day to the second you lay your head on your pillow for bed at night, Pinterest is always the answer. It's a bittersweet addiction that has turned you into a whole new person—for the better.

11. Not only has it made your life a hell of a lot easier, it's made your life a hell of a lot more interesting. Who would have ever thought of putting a glue stick on a bug bite? Not me! #SomeBigFatGreekWeddingStuff #ItWorksThough

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
