From a beautiful campus to to extensive food options- OU has it all. If you're looking for reasons to choose OU, look no further because here are the things that sealed the deal for me and many others. There are plenty of good schools out there, but nothing compares to the University of Okla(HOME)a. Boomer!

11. Everything is within walking distance

From the dorms to Campus Corner, there is nothing that will take you more than 30 minutes to walk to.

10. Many opportunities for travel

Whether you travel with the Pride or study abroad, there are many opportunities to travel across the country and internationally.

9. Beautiful campus

From historical buildings and statues to giant trees and intricate flower gardens, OU's campus is like no other.

8. The people are nice

I have not met a single rude person at OU as of yet, everyone is genuinley kind and friendly.

7. Flat rate tuition

Although tuition does suck, it is really nice to be able to take as many hours as I want and only pay for 15.

6. Norman is really close to Oklahoma City

As if there isn't enough to do in Norman, if you're ever bored OKC is no more than a 30 minute drive away!

5. We are one big family

No matter what club or activity you are in, we always come together as one big family to support and love one another, especially on game days.

4. Cane's resides in Adam's Tower

This is very convenient for freshman living in the dorms because it is a two minute walk and is open until 3AM on weekends

3.The Pride

Who doesn't love a great marching band?

2. OU Football games are lit

Screaming fans, a 360 degree sold out stadium, and a great team make for a great time at the games

1. All you can eat chick-fil-a
