When I first started college I was a mess. I was all over the place and the dates were getting all ending up on top of each other and it was hard for me to keep up. That was until I made the wonderful discovery of using a planner. If you don’t have one, you are missing out big time. Having a planner has been one of my biggest blessings; I now can’t go anywhere without it. So, if you are shopping for a planner here is a list of the top 11 from an experienced planner.
1. Erin Condren Life Planners
I have personally had an Erin Condren and out of all the planners I’ve had it, has been my absolute favorite. It is large enough for everything to fit, and is very customizable which is super nice. They also make Teacher Planners and Wedding Planners. They run about $50.
2. Lily Pulitzer
I have also had a Lily Pulitzer and have nothing bad to say about it. It was a good planner and it held up to the job well. It is bright and vibrant and will brighten anyone’s day or backpack. They tend to run $30-$60, depending on the size of the planner.
3. Plum Paper Planner
Found on Etsy, this planner is completely customizable. You can pick which month it starts on and you are able to pick between four different layouts. They run about $31.
4. Day Designer by Whitney English
This is a good planner if you need to focus on day-to day. Each day has its own spread with an hourly layout on one and side and a to do list section on the other. It is perfect for someone who has a lot every day of the week. They run about $50.
5. Emily Ley Simplified Planners
These are very similar to Day Designer but have inspirational quotes on each page to inspire you to do the best you possible can with today. These will run you around $60.
6. May Designs
These are so dang cute! They come in so many patterns and with so many options for design, it just makes the artistic side of you go crazy. These planners are great if you just need something simple and not too organized. It is a smaller planner and easy to carry with you in a purse or bag. They start at $15.
7. Ban Do Agendas
Big handwriting, fear no more! These planners are perfect for big handwriting and have plenty of space for all of your notes and plans throughout the week. They are simple and chic while being cute and artsy. They start at $20.
8. Inkwell Press Livewell Planner
This is the perfect planner if you have goals for the year. It is very goal oriented and focuses on how to accomplish those goals. You can set yearly, monthly, or even weekly goals. They start at $54.
9. Visionary Journal
This planner is a task manager, day planner, and brain map all in one. It has areas that allow for the user to map out their thoughts and thought processes and then allows space for setting specific goals and ideas into motion. They start at $55.
10. Sugar Paper Planners
If you’re not looking to spend a lot of money but want the quality and cuteness of a high dollar planner, then you need to look at Sugar Paper. Starting at $10, it makes them the cheapest planner on this list. They are cute, simple, and efficient.
11. Passion Planner
This is a planner for both men and women. It allows the user to focus in on their passions in life and plan around them. They are stylish and chic and are very adulty. Starting out at $25, they are affordable and make for a good first “real” job planner to get organized.
Having a planner is a real blessing! It allows you to stay on top of appointments, due dates, and social events (even if that means planning a Netflix break).
