Here are a few simply things to do when you are feeling sad.

1. Look up at the stars, find some constellations!

2. Read your old favorite book, re-live the adventure.

3. Try watching a new movie, any genre you want

4. Start a new tv show on Netflix, or rewatch your favorite!

5. Go for a bike ride or walk outside when it's nice.

6. Do a little free writing and clear your mind.

7. Try baking some delicious cookies and share them with the family!

8. Ask a friend to go to the mall with you or play some fun games at your house.

9. Go to Starbucks or your favorite restaurant and grab something delicious.

10. Get some friends together for a game of volleyball or soccer or basketball!

11. Or, easiest of all, take a little nap!
