Finals are here, and I'm sure your stress level is maxed out, swamped with never-ending semester assignments, final exams and term papers. Snacking, with help from a few other things, will really make the difference this finals season. So, hang in there and get those good grades you ,so can start getting your tan on!

1. Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are a great source of Vitamin E and B1. Plus, they're tasty.

2. Avocados

Avocados are good for lowering stress levels! They are also one of the best fruits you can eat.

3. Eggs

Eggs are a great source of protein and really quick to make. Cook a couple of hard boiled eggs, and eat on the go!

4. Tea

Different teas serve different purposes, but tea helps calm nerves. Drink a nice cup of tea the morning before a final.

5. Yogurt

Yogurt is also a good source of protein. Yogurt is really easy and quick to grab in the morning or to snack on. The countless flavors of yogurt are really appealing, too!

6. Almonds and peanuts


Nuts are easy and quick to snack on while studying. You can never have too many!

7. Dark Chocolate

Chocolate is good for any type of snacking, but there's nothing wrong with rewarding yourself with some chocolate after nailing those flash cards!

8. Orange juice

Orange juice is beneficial for many reasons. Were you ever told to drink OJ before MCAS or taking your SAT's? Orange juice has many secret powers, so drink up!

9. Water

Water is so important to drink in general, but staying hydrated is the secret to getting a good night's sleep. Our bodies and brains thrive off water.

10. Berries

Berries are so easy to snack on, and you can never eat too many. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries – it doesn't matter.

11. Fish

Eating fish is known to support healthy brain functioning and performance. So, if you're a fish lover, eat up!
