Do you feel like a 30 year old trapped in a 21 year old body? Have no fear - grandmas can go to college, too.
1. You go to bed and wake up early.
Although there is the occasional late night, it doesn't happen often. Or if it does, you definitely try to convince your friends to start the night earlier so you can go to bed at your self-assigned bed time.
2. You actually enjoy 8 ams.
Anything that gets me out of bed and walking to class before the campus rush hits is my kind of class.
3. Doing homework is enjoyable.
All you need is a cup of coffee and some good music, and you're good to go. Maybe it's rewarding because you can check it off of your to-do list, or maybe you are just that crazy to kind of enjoy your classes.
4. You admire your professors.
While everyone is complaining about how their professors are evil, twisted and out to drain their souls of all happiness, you usually find your professors funny and kind of wish you knew them outside of class.
5. You read for fun.
Even though you have plenty of reading to do for your classes, you still make time to read a book for your own enjoyment.
6. You prefer cooking for yourself.
Grabbing food on campus is convenient, but there is something about making your own meals at home. Although your meals may not be fancy, you still made it yourself!
7. You're more interested in watching the news than watching the Kardashians.
Reality TV can have it's time and place, but you really struggle to see why people care so much about celebrities lives instead of the state of the world around them.
8. You would happily trade a mixed drink for a nice, craft beer.
People who double-fist triples downtown concern you a little bit. There's nothing wrong with a fun night out, but at the same time sipping a beer at home with good company sounds very tempting to you.
9. Themes don't appeal to you.
You don't remember the last time you dressed up in anything besides your school colors for a football game... and you're going to keep it that way.
10. Everything seems loud all of the time.
Have you ever been to Elrods before happy hour? If not, I encourage you to go but prepare yourself. The chips and salsa may be free, but your ears might pay for it.
