As cliché as it is, people are always saying, "Life's about the little things," but how often do we really take a moment to stop and appreciate these "little things"? Here is a list of a 100 things we should pay more attention to and appreciate:

1. That moment when you look up and lock eyes with a stranger in passing, and they smile at you.

2. When you turn on your car, and your favorite song is playing on the radio.

3. When the storm finally passes and a rainbow appears.

4. Discovering someone is just as obsessed with your favorite TV show as you are, and then discussing every aspect of the plot.

6. When you’re at the beach all day waiting for your perfect wave to come, and it finally comes.

7. Being complimented unexpectedly.

8. When someone remembers something you told them, that you didn’t expect them to.

9. The first beach day of the summer.

11. The excitement in reuniting with a friend you haven’t seen in a while.
