1. Eat healthy.
Your new appetite for kale and celery is going well, that is of course, until Aunt Susie bakes her famous double stuffed chocolate cake for your third cousin’s birthday. How could you be so cruel as to not help celebrate cousin Jeremy’s birthday?!
2. Workout.
The gym is great...until that hot guy by the weights stops showing up and once again you find yourself on your couch watching romantic movies based on Nicholas Sparks books.
3. Think positive.
This one seems doable, until it’s not. Just one small thing goes wrong and suddenly you’re negative nelly crying over the absence of french fries in the cafeteria. Why do these things happen?!
4. Save money.
Is an explanation necessary? It will only take time until your inner Regina George bursts out and you find yourself picking up your friends to go to the mall. “Get in loser. We’re going shopping.”
5. Stress less.
Midterms. Formals. Essays. Bikini season. Finals. Are you stressed yet?
6. Drink less.
You totally got this one! Not. It’s the weekend! One drink turns into two, and then three, and then six, until you’re back at your dorm ordering Domino's for the fifth time this week.
7. Study more and don’t procrastinate.
Okay, you made a three-page outline for your test. Checking your emails won’t hurt, right? Wait….ARE JUSTIN BIEBER AND SELENA GOMEZ BACK TOGETHER?
8. Stay organized.

A clean room is relaxing. But, it is a Friday night and you have absolutely NOTHING to wear. Just say hello to a tornado of skinny jeans, Jeffrey Campbell heels, and tops of all different shapes and sizes, because it is coming for you.
9. Get more sleep.
10. Be nice.
Be nice. It seems so simple, right? But when a bad mood hits there is no stopping you. Suddenly you’re giving a five-year-old the stink eye because you don’t like the way she looked at you. Is she trying to call you fat? Oh hell no…
There’s always next year….challenge accepted, again.
