Let me just start off by saying, we have all been there. We have all had the thoughts of the crazy ex-girlfriend. Let's be honest, we have more than likely done some crazy ex-girlfriend things. I will personally admit to possibly doing a couple. Sometimes we have to admit that to move on with our lives. Just in case there are some possible feelings of being the crazy ex-girlfriend, I am going to just give you a list of things that you might not want to do. Now, if you have any thoughts that are not on this list, I give you my permission to do as you please, but please beware of what will come of your crazy ex-girlfriend actions.

1. Do not add/creep on the new girlfriend/new crush on any form of social media. Just don't. Seeing old pictures of what she use to look like back in circa 2007 will not help how you feel now. The mean comments that you are thinking in your head will also not help how you feel.

2. Do not snapchat your ex over and over just to see if he opens them because he hasn't responded to your last 12 text messages.

3. On the snapchat subject, do not keep checking his snapchat score just to see if he has snapchatted other people and is purposely not opening your snapchats because he knows you are doing it just to see if he has his phone.

4. If you see your ex on campus or really anywhere, and you just so happen to see him maybe talking to another female, do not chase her away or yell at him. He is not yours, anymore. Say it out loud with me, "He is not yours, anymore." The more you say it, the easier it will be for you to grasp.

5. This might be out there, but this does happen. Let's not create a fake text message conversation between the new girlfriend and a guy to send screenshots to your ex saying that you have proof that his new girlfriend cheated on him. Don't be that person. That person has too much time on their hands.

6. You might know the passwords to all his accounts because you were in a trusting relationship and that was the thing to do, but do not log on. Save yourself. You will see people that have slid into his DMs, and you will not be pleased with his replies.

7. If you are still good friends with the friends that he hangs out with, do not get them involved in the situation. Don't text your friends asking if he has found someone else or who they are hanging out with. It isn't your problem to worry about anymore.

8. Some of us decide that when we go through a break up, we should decide to turn into Taylor Swift and write songs about it. I am going to save you the VMA speech now, it won't go platinum and it won't win him back.

9. Living in a small town and going through a break up might be the worst. You will see that person driving around and who is in their car with them and, honestly, everything he is doing. If you do see that Ford truck driving down the road with a little dent on the side (that you might or might not have caused), do not follow it.

10. We have to save the best for last of course. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT just go to sleep and wake up the next day and "forget" about the break up. When you go to sleep you will be broken up, when you wake up, you will be broken up. Do not keep posting #MCM of him, commenting on his photos, sending pictures of engagement rings, talking to his mom, or waiting outside his house. DON'T. That's called stalking and don't.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
