As the last few weeks of school approach, everyone needs new ways to relax and get through everything we thought we could handle when we signed up for this nonsense in December. We all have our own special ways of dealing with stress, but here are a few new tricks you could try this spring.
1. Meditate.
This is a good one if you're really in a desperate situation. Just breathe out all the crap.
2. Ignore your problems.
This classic approach certainly has it's drawbacks but is an excellent strategy for anyone looking to survive the near future.
3. Watch the squirrels.
We all know that squirrels are the pigeons that God cast down from the sky for being assholes. That being said if you see two squirrels fighting, it can really put your life in perspective.
4. Eat one Hostess cupcake.
There are two in every pack. Try eating one. I dare you.
5. Go to the gym.
Because you probably need to, and even if you're not into exercise you can always just take a stroll on the treadmill and judge your (probably better looking and healthier) peers.
6. Eat an entire can of Pringles.
And then sit in front of the mirror and accept what your life has become.
7. Drink.
Lots of water. Hydrate to win, friends!
8. Look up how many people are in Mensa who are younger than you.
They've probably done more with their life so far than you will ever do with yours.
