Being queer on a small campus is always quite difficult, however, being a woman who likes women on a small campus has it's own small and strange intricacies.

1. You've dated her

2. And she's dated her


It's not like there are that many people on your campus to begin with, so you've exhausted the dating pool pretty quickly.

3. Tinder? OkCupid? HER?

You've seen everyone there is to see in about 20 minutes and you've already changed the settings at least two times.

4. "Hey, do you know...?"

Yes, I know her and I know her, too.

5. The nearest gay bar is at least 45 minutes away

6. And no one wants to go

7. You've been on exec of your LGBTIQA+ group

8. Your friend group is very queer

And maybe you've all dated each other, but that's fine! It's brought you closer together.

9. You own at least one flannel for every day of the week


10. But you have some pretty cool girls to hang out with
