1. Healthy eating
There's nothing wrong with adding a salad to your dinner instead of extra fries! You'll be feeling better without that grease, anyways.
2. Exercise
I'm guilty of saying I'll exercise more often and never do it, but hopefully this year that will change (probably not, but we'll see). Adding a workout regimen might be the last thing you want to do, but it could help lead you into a nice, healthy lifestyle.
3. Better studying habits
For high school and college students alike, it's better to start the spring semester off right with better studying and a much higher GPA.
4. Better attitude
This may not sound like a big deal, but your attitude affects everyone around you. Try to start the day off with a smile and a strong cup of coffee, and the rest of the day should be a breeze.
5. Better spending habits
It's never too late to start managing your money! Start a budget and a spending limit and watch your savings account grow.
6. Making more time for yourself
It's always great to spend time with family, friends, work, school, etc., but try to get some time to yourself. Take 30 minutes at the end of the day to unwind and recollect, and feel your stress level decline about 60%.
7. Read a good book
One thing no one seems to have time for anymore is reading. Find a book you'd be interested in and let it take you away for awhile.
8. Finish that series on Netflix
There's always a sense of satisfaction when you finish that 10 season long TV show on Netflix. Use your Saturday and sit and relax while binge watching Madmen or Gilmore Girls.
9. Quit smoking/drinking
I'm neither one of these, but I know that it can be difficult to quit. Just think of the effects you and others are going through, and get on a path to a healthy lifestyle.
10. Make time for your family
Especially if you're still in school, extracurriculars and jobs get in the way of seeing your family. Try to take your off days and spend time with family members, you never know how long you have with them.
