1. You have a large collection of pens, just in case you lose one.
2. You can hold your bladder for hours.
3. You treat yourself to ice cream, telling yourself you burned off a ton of calories at work anyway.
4. When most of the residents on your assignment are "limited assist one."
5. When you're so hungry that you find the food on the food cart oddly appetizing.
6. You dream of the nonstop call bells and bed alarms.
7. When the charge nurse says someone has to go home.
8. You can tell when it's a full moon.
9. Feeling like a gym membership is not necessary because, after all, you are constantly doing squats, running around, and lifting.
10. You love your job because of the difference it makes in people's lives.
