Do you you ever have trouble keeping New Year's Resolutions? Do you just want to quit making them, but then feel bad for doing so?

Well, here are 10 resolutions you can keep!

1. Saying hello to one new person a day!

Just saying hello to one person can not only brighten your day, but their day as well.


2. Get Fit

It's hard going to the gym everyday, but 30 minutes of cardio a day is something you definitely can do.


3. Save Money

Not spending money is hard, but saving for that something special you want feels so great!


4. Find Love

It may be your lucky year! There's someone out there who loves you.


5. Drink Less

Resisting alcohol is hard, especially if you have a family history of alcoholism, but don't force yourself to drink over your limit because your friends are.


6. Take Up a New Hobby

You'll never know unless you try it.


7. Take a Trip

Go somewhere new!


8. Find a New Diet Plan

There are tons of food out there that you can eat and enjoy. (If you're looking for a new plan, I recommend medifast! It's helped me so much!)


9. Learn to Appreciate Yourself and What You're Worth

Remind yourself everyday that you are worth it. You are important!


10. Learn a New Word Everyday

Start increasing your vocabulary!
