So, this year's presidential election is literally a mess. Our candidates suck and their die-hard supporters suck even more. Most of us just want to pack up and move to England, where we can let the queen handle things like the civilized goddess that she is. But, after watching both candidates constantly contradict themselves along with three horrible debates I'm beginning to see some things that even I, a college student who despises politics with everything in her heart, can relate to. Here are 10 times we could actually relate to this presidential election.
1. When your parents confront you about how much you're going out and not studying.
2. When final exams are cumulative.
3. When your bank account says you've spent $200 in three days.
4. Noon football games.
5. Hour five of your all-nighter.
6. Explaining your grades to your parents.
7. When one of your friends sees you eating a cheeseburger and brings up the fact that you were supposed to start your diet this week.
8. Seeing all the dogs on campus and tailgates.
9. When you have a huge group project due and your professor asks how its coming along.
10. When someone you love and respect tries to argue politics with you.
