Anyone with a sister knows it can be a real pain in the neck... Try having 6. While having tons of sisters and being in a house of all (or mostly) girls can be a bit morbid at times, there are plenty of upsides to the situation. Either way, you'll love them unconditionally. Here are a list of pros and cons for your most lovable and totally obnoxious sisters!
1. Pro: You always have someone to back you up
Whether it's the youngest, the oldest, or your fellow middle child, someone will always have your back in a time of need. You'll always have a shoulder to cry on and someone to be your "guard dog" when someone tries to attack.
2. Con: Family vacations... nope.
They're near impossible. Between finances and finding a time that works for everyone and trying to work out transportation (especially with little ones and long distance) and finding a space that accommodates all of you? Yeah, that's not a thing.

3. Pro: Parties are always fun
You don't have to worry about dancing alone or singing karaoke like an idiot by yourself. You'll always have someone to distract Crazy Great Aunt Betty from pinching your cheeks too hard and you won't ever be the only "big kid" in the jumpy house.
4. Con: Nothing is really ever "yours"
Can't find your favorite grey sweater? It's probably because it wasn't yours in the first place... But your black Nike hoodie? Yeah, that was yours and it's M.I.A... Oh... Found it... In your sister's laundry.
5. Pro: A wide variety...
... Of everything! Sick of the scent of your perfume? Just try your older sister's! Can't find a hat that matches your outfit? It's a good thing your younger sister definitely will! And they know you'll have a scarf that goes perfectly with the sweater you're wearing!
6. Con: Using the bathroom always turns into a party
You started off just trying to take a shower but now, one of them has to relieve her bladder, another has to do her makeup so she can leave, another one is brushing her teeth, and another one needs boy advice or homework help... Hope you don't have to get out anytime soon.
7. Pro: There's always something to do
Bored? Go draw with the 11-year-old or play soccer with the 13-year-old or maybe basketball with the 15-year-old! Discuss books with the 20-year-old, talk about life with the 21-year -old, or sing at the top of your lungs with the 25-year-old! The possibilities are endless!
8. Con: You're always inclined to talk louder
Dinner at your friends' houses is a struggle and a half because at your house, everyone's yelling over each other. You have to constantly remind yourself that they don't yell there--no matter how excited they get about absolutely nothing.
9. Con: That time of the month is uh... A little bit hostile
Being a woman around other women, your bodies tend to regulate themselves around the same time. There's yelling and screaming and wrestling over the remote (half the week looks like a WWE arena). There's one girl crying into a bucket of chocolate ice cream watching The Notebook surrounded by tissues in the living room, another watching violent horror movies and yelling about how stupid they all are in the den, another holding a heating pad and groaning about the pains and horrors of life, and one putting another in a choke hold over the shower... Just make sure everyone knows not to come over that week...
10. Pro: You'll never be alone
Although they can work your last nerve, they're your sisters and will continually love you unconditionally. You'll always have someone to laugh with and cry with and dance with and act crazy with. You'll always have someone to hold you up when you feel you can't make it anymore and you'll always have someone to remind you of the joys of life when sadness has taken over. You'll always have someone to bail you out of the awful date your on. Or out of jail. You'll always have someone to hug you good night and you'll always have someone to reassure you that everything will be okay. No matter where you are in this world, you'll never be alone because you have enough sisters to keep you going!
