I love music. It doesn’t matter what genre; punk, pop, indie, country, rock, rap, metal, etc. I can find comfort in the pulse of the bass, solitude in the depth of the lyrics and peace in the rhythm. I am constantly writing lyrics on my notes, on pieces of paper and posting them on Twitter.
I believe that pop punk is highly underappreciated, and that more people need to understand the musical genius that often goes into their words. This specific genre is one that I prefer to listen to if I am having a bad day, or am just in an awful mood.
