All girls do stupid things for differing reasons. They take 21 credit hours because they think they can handle it or get bangs because they have a large forehead. Some of the stupidest things they do, however, occur because of boys. Here are 10 common stupid things heterosexual girls do in an effort to woo the opposite sex.
1) Sit through an entire class they aren't even in because there is a cute boy in front of them.
"I once sat through a whole hour and fifteen minute class that I wasn't taking because there was a cute boy in front of me...I think his name is Hayden."
2) Change the way they dress in order to appeal more to a guy.
"I waited so long to cut my hair because some guy said it looked better longer even though I really wanted to help someone out and donate it."
3) Date guys with zero personality.
"I once dated a guy who had no personality just to make the guy I liked interested in me...he then started dating someone else and my plan failed."
4) Get drunk.
"I once got drunk at a fraternity party trying to impress a guy...he had a girlfriend and I made a fool of myself...there were zero wins for me that night."
5) Act like we are into things we have zero interest in.
"One guy I had a crush on was super into all of these weird bands and I found that out so I tried to listen to them even though the music was absolute garbage to me."
6) Give girls bars/pills to gain weight to make them fat.
"Have you ever seen Mean Girls? Well, it is exactly like that... My little sister was underweight so we started giving her bars to gain weight. The guy I had a crush on was dating a girl so I befriended her and gave her these bars to make her fat. They kept dating and we are no longer friends and I am a bitch..."
7) Master a subject that they care nothing about.
"I once offered to tutor a guy in physics because I thought he was cute and had really good hair...I was an Arts Management major and knew nothing about physics so I became a master of it in one night."
8) They act dumb in class.
"I once failed an English class in high school because there was a cute guy in my class. I thought he would like me but I just upset my parents and had to retake a class."
9) Ditch friends.
"I once ditched my cousin to go knock on a guy's door and hoped he was there because I wanted a hook-up."
10) Dress as something stupid for Halloween.
"I once dressed as Britney Spears -- like schoolgirl Britney -- for my boyfriend who ditched me on Halloween when all I wanted to do was dress as a character from "50 Shades of Gray."
We all do stupid things. We all do things that we regret. Although some of these things may be embarrassing, embrace them and just be proud to be a girl!
