10 Foods To Munch On For A Better Sex Drive

An even better excuse to reach for that chocolate bar ;)

10 Foods To Munch On For A Better Sex Drive

1. Spinach

Spinach is full of the mineral magnesium that increases blood flow and increases arousal just like Viagra to make sex more pleasurable.

2. Dark Chocolate

Just like spinach, the cocoa in dark chocolate increases blood flow but through the arteries as well as relaxing the surrounding blood vessels which makes blood flow in the right places which will then increase a person’s sex drive.

3. Watermelon

Watermelon is 92% water but the remaining 8% has juice that include the nutrient, citrulline, that is good for sexual health. The body turns citrulline into an amino acid that increases nitric oxide levels that relaxes the blood vessels and just like spinach, acts like Viagra.

4. Celery

Has two steroids, androsterone and adrostenol that travel to the sweet glands which makes us attracted to the opposite sex.

5. Pumpkin Seeds

They have an excellent source of zinc which help increase testosterone levels. Zinc blocks an enzyme that converts estrogen to testosterone which has shown to be good for boosting females sex drives.

6. Red grapes

They contain the mineral boron which helps the production of estrogen and testosterone which increases the energy of sex organs and puts you in the mood quicker.

7. Peppers

One bell pepper contains 600% of your daily vitamin C needs. Vitamin C helps blood circulation to the sex organs which increases female libido. Next time you’re at the grocery store buying peppers make sure you buy red peppers over green because it is proven that red contain more vitamin C than green peppers!

8. Kidney Beans

They are rich in L-arginine which has been tested that it improves frequency of sex, females desire, and satisfaction.

9. Avocados

Most people have low sex drives when they are tired. Luckily, avocados are rich in vitamins B6 and folic acid which are great for increasing your energy levels which will then boost your libido. B6 also helps with prolactin, a protein, that enhances sex drives.

10. Salmon

Has a great source of Omega- 3 fats that helps lower blood pressure, triglycerides, improves circulation, and boosts dopamine levels to make sex more pleasurable. The better the circulation, the easier the blood flow to the sex organs to make them function as best they can.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
