Just because they're not real doesn't mean I don't love them.

10 Fictional Characters That Would Make The Best Boyfriends

10. Peeta from "The Hunger Games"

Peeta is the ultimate combination. He's strong, brave and rebellious, and he's a total romantic. He isn't shy about hiding his feelings for Katniss in front of an audience, he's protective of his girl (even though she can definitely take care of herself), and he's straightforward and funny, even in dark situations. Peeta is a great choice during a life or death situation, or maybe just to have as an everyday boyfriend. Not to mention that it's always nice to have a man who can bake.

9. Mr. Darcy from "Pride and Prejudice"

Mr. Darcy is the original fictional boyfriend, despite being a total asshole. He was the first guy to treat a woman like shit, but still be unwaveringly hot and desirable. He's stuck-up, pompous and emotionally unavailable, but every now and then, he reveals just enough of his hidden sweet side to make you fall in love with him all over again.

8. Augustus from "The Fault in Our Stars"

Augustus is the king of grand, romantic gestures and sweet one-liners. He's thoughtful and kind, charming with parents and doctors alike, and he looks great in a suit. He's a total softie, he's smart, and nothing, not even a terminal illness, can break his love and dedication. What's not to like?

7. Ron from "Harry Potter"

He might be a little immature at times, but Ron makes up for it by being loyal, brave and witty. He's always putting other people first, he comes from a great family, and he's one of the cutest, red-headed boys to ever grace the pages (and the screen).

6. Jack from "Titanic"

Jack is a talented, hard-working guy that will sweep you off your feet and make you feel like a princess. While he might not be upper-class, it doesn't mean that he can't be charming. Whether it's saving you from jumping off the stern of a cruise liner, taking you dancing or kissing you in a carriage, Jack is the perfect boyfriend to take on vacation.

5. Tom from "500 Days of Summer"

Possibly the sweetest fictional boyfriend ever to exist, Tom is romantic and sincere, despite being in love with someone who doesn't deserve him. He's loyal, smart and witty, and that head-on, puppy-dog gaze would make any girl melt (except Zooey Deschanel, apparently).

4. Chuck from "Gossip Girl"

Chuck might put up a front of being a tough guy, but he's a romantic at heart. From his big gesture to waiting at the top of the Empire State Building with peonies, to buying the perfect Tiffany ring, Chuck knows what girls like. I'm not sure what took him and Blair so long; after all, he's protective and determined, and his jawline is flawless.

3. Eric from "The Little Mermaid"

I'd be doing myself a huge disservice by not mentioning Prince Eric, even if he's animated. Eric is willing to try new things and meet new people, he's great with animals, and he isn't afraid to stand up to his family for what (and who) he loves.

2. Noah from "The Notebook"

He's the perfect combination of loyal, sweet and adventurous. He isn't afraid to tell you exactly how you feel, and his romantic gestures of building a house and writing hundreds of letters would get any girl. He knows how to have a good time, but he doesn't let anything stand between him and true love.

1. Marshall from "How I Met Your Mother"

If you couldn't tell from my past articles, I'm a huge HIMYM fan, and an even bigger fan of Marshall's. He's the perfect husband: caring, funny and dedicated to his family and the future. Marshall is always down to call you a cute nickname or wearing matching costumes, and he doesn't even try to hide his romantic side.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

The Importance Of Being A Good Person

An open letter to the good-hearted people.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
