With the inevitable beginning of cold weather, snow, and less sunlight, its easy to fall into a rut of Netflix and chill time and again. If you want to try something new and different to get you and your significant other out into something spontaneous, here are 10 date ideas for the season to spark up your winter.
1. A Hockey Game
Even if you don't really know how hockey works, it can be a learning experience for the both of you. Tickets come reasonably cheap and the atmosphere is exciting and involved.

Don't worry about being embarrassed if you don't know how to skate. Step out of your comfort zone and let yourself fall a few times, its a great way to support each other.

Its easy to roam around a book store for hours, so look around together, and possibly read a book together if you find one that you both like.
