I’m about to have a little mini-break over the next week, which means Netflix and eat! However, that also means that I must watch shows that are binge-able and shortish. From my past several experiences, I can already compile a worth list of your free time and attention span.
1. The Office
Don’t let the nine seasons deter you, this will go by in a breeze! Each episode is only 20 minutes and worth every second. The only way to truly test your binge abilities is to take a chance. Remember, you miss a 100% of the shots you never take.
2. Revenge
I’m love drama shows and this completely satisfies that desire. I will admit the later season were kind of a bummer of me, but it is worth watching. Plus, it’s only four seasons!
3. The 100
I absolutely love this show without a doubt and it just makes me so incredibly happy, like you have no idea. It’s one season, currently airing (or about to be), and completes any science fiction tooth you may or may not have.
4. Quantico
This is also currently airing, an amazing show that I surprisingly fell in love with, and binge watched recently-IN A DAY. An entire season, less than 8 hours, like that’s skill.
5. Parks and Recreation
This is literally such an incredible show as well. Leslie Knope is a female Michael Scott, so should you have already watched The Office- go hit this up.
6. Supergirl
This is also currently airing, but you can find the first season on Netflix. You assume they would do a terrible job with transferring such an iconic character, but the show is beautifully crafted. It keeps the integrity of the characters while still adding that creative touch.
7. Gilmore Girls
I have also binge watched this within a week, and then again recently within four days. It’s an incredible show, I honestly cannot begin to convey the true talent of the writers. AND super exciting, they have a reboot happening on Netflix coming November 25, a date I marked back in July.
8. Life Unexpected
This is just a feel-good show for the soul. It’s not too dramatic but still divulges real world issues and problems that everyone relates. It was most-definitely gone too soon.
9. The Crazy Ones
I didn’t watch it on Netflix, but rather when it was airing on TV. It was one of Robin William’s last appearances before his death. It was hilarious and bias aside the cast and script was more than well done.
10. Grey’s Anatomy
This is last because while, it is an amazing show that has hurt and brought joy to my heart on numerous occasions, it is also incredibly long. If you can binge-watch it within a 2-3 week period or even less than I seriously commend you. I know it’s not an easy task.
I have watched all these shows and can say they are all worth watching, and even better to binge on!
