10 Fashion Apps Every Fashionista Needs

If you're anything like me, you have tried, bought and tested a million and one fashion apps ever since you got your first iPhone, thinking that you will use them everyday or that these apps will make your life easier.. but sadly you stopped using them after the first week.

While there is so many apps out there, these are the best 10 high-fashion apps being raved about in the fashion world at the moment.

1. COAT?

Glamor Magazine came out with a genius new app that saves time in the morning, especially when it comes to guessing the weather while trying to rush out the door. Their new (free) app is a weather based fashion app, Coat? helps by answering these three essential questions for you,

*Is it umbrella weather?

* Do you need to wear a coat today?

* Is it going to be humid enough to require a ponytail?

Like any girl, we have all had our days when we have regretted not bringing at least one of these items.

You can choose to get daily notifications based on your local forecast to find out if you need any or all of these three items and you can set what time you want to receive your notifications, or just open the app each morning to see your personal alerts.

2. Cloth

Cloth is an app that lets you save and organize photos of your favorite outfits, with the weather conditions noted for easy future searches. And now the update allows you to give friends access to your virtual wardrobe so that you can chat and share feedback via in-app messaging.

3. Pose

Pose is an online and mobile community where users go to swap photos and videos of their outfits, makeup and shopping finds, is perhaps most accurately described as "Instagram for fashion.

Styling mogul Rachel Zoe and supermodel Coco Rocha, RAVE about this app.

Also Pose is available on a wider variety of platforms, it has apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices, and works on both the web and Facebook.

4. Stylebook

The one thing every 90s girl desperately dreamed of was to have Cher Horowits's closet, well fast forward 20 years later and now you pretty much can have her closet… well in an app.

Stylebook is arguably one of my favorite apps, its not a free app but for 3.99 you get a closet assistant!

The way the app works is you import your actual clothes and create/style outfits. The app description says " Stylebook has over 90 features to help you curate your closet and get more out of what you own."

Another feature is that you can plan what to wear, create packing lists and learn more about your wardrobe with statistics like cost per wear.

Stylebook was also included in Condé Nast Traveler's "Best Travel Apps for Packing."

5. Villoid

Fashion icon Alexa Chung announced the launch of Villoid to her Intstagram followers back in September right before fashion week, described as "your very own endless dressing up box", users can follow style boards, friends and fashionistas to have fun with, be inspired by and experiment with fashion.

Think of it as a cross between Instagram and Pinterest, only with a 'buy' button.

6. The Net Set

High fashion retailer Net-a-porter launched an invitation only app The Net Set and just recently they opened it up to the general public.

The Net Set allows users to create their own profiles and explore cool features, and it also allows Net-a-Porter and the designers it carries to get to know their costumers.

You also can discover what the worlds most stylish people are loving at the moment and every item in the app is available to buy!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
