If you're passionate about music and passionate about certain artists, in particular, chances are you've probably been to a concert or two (or several). There are a plethora of different ways that concerts are situated: You could be attending a massive show in a stadium or in a smaller venue like a club or a theater or even in a field or something at a festival. Regardless of which type of concert you prefer, there are plenty of preparatory measures to be taken in order to maximize your concert experience. Keep reading to check out some of these tips.

1. Get your tickets early.

This probably seems pretty obvious, but it's a crucial part of any concert-goer's planning process.

2. Get box office tickets.

If you're willing to take a risk, and you didn't get them in advance, maybe give this option a shot. This also opens up opportunities to buy tickets that may not have previously been available or are for resale seats, therefore potentially give you access to some really incredible spots in the venue.

3. Go with friends.

The best memories are always made with your favorite people by your side. And what better way to connect with someone close to you than by enjoying your favorite bands and artists together?

4. If you're looking for the best views, find a seat alone.

This is typically more for seated events in theaters and arenas/stadiums. If you're like me, and you want to be as close to your favorite singers as possible, then sacrifices must be made to work your way up to the stage. Usually, you'll have a better shot at getting an unoccupied spot close to the stage if you only get one by yourself, as the rest of the surrounding seats will undoubtedly be filled with pairs or groups of people. And let's be honest, not that many individuals are willing to attend a show without a partner for the evening. If you're willing to split up from your friends, this may be a good idea for you!

5. Bring a portable phone charger.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times my phone has died during a concert. This is borderline tragic because I am definitely the type of person who loves documenting these events via photos and videos. In addition, it's crucial to have your phone on and working to contact others and utilize a GPS (if need be) to navigate home after the show.

6. Enjoy it.

Make sure you savor every moment of each concert you attend because it will fly by ridiculously fast. Those few hours of bright lights, deafening music, dancing, and pure bliss seem to only last a few moments when looking back in hindsight. Take it all in. Enjoy.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
