It's the day you never seen coming. The day you had always dreaded. Someone you love and care about so deeply. Just wakes up one day and wants to be alone. The person you have maybe been through everything together. They've seen you at your darkest times and best of times. They became your best friend and the only person you adore so much. In such a short amount of time you fall in love with them. That person becomes your everything. Y'all do everything together. Tell each other everything. He becomes apart of you. Apart of your life that you never want to let go. Relationships are hard they ain't always easy. Nothing is ever easy. But here's a question for you, why give up and quit when things get hard? No one has the answer to that question. We never really know why some people give up on us. I'm sitting here at the kitchen table wondering what I could have done differently. What I could have done to make him not give up on me like he said he never would do. Why say things when you don't ACTUALLY mean it? Do we say it so the other doesn't feel bad for loving too much? That's something we will never truly know. We never truly know how things are going to plan out. There's one thing we do know and that's who we love. We can't just fall out of love and if it happens it never was love. You never really loved that person you said you did if you fall out of love. So why should we give more love than the others show us? My momma always told me never to love a person more, it will only get your feelings hurt. I believe that's the truest thing I've been told. We ask ourselves " is he ever going to come back? Will there ever be a "us" again?" That's something that gets figured out by our own. Don't get me wrong sometimes there's a certain boy that we planned our further with and want to be with for the rest of our lives and we don't give up. We have faith and hope that one day we will run into each other. That we will have the future we talked about. I'm life there comes a point and time where we just have to "move on" but we won't never truly let go of the person. We won't truly not "love" the person. They will ALWAYS have a spot in our hearts. So here's to the girl that loves him next. Love him but don't over love him. Support him in every decision. Be his one and only. Be there for him no matter what time day or night. Just be there. He loves that. There's one thing he absolutely loves and that's loving his mom and dad as if they are your own. And last but not least love him through the ups and downs. From the love of my life to yours. I will always love you.
