Happy New Year! 2017 flew by and I can only imagine how much faster 2018 will fly by. With that being said, I set a New Years resolution for myself. Usually, I attempt to set resolutions for myself, but I never follow through.
This year I want to be healthier, in my mindset and physically healthier. In 2017, I went through some pretty rough patches. It wasn't exactly the most amazing year to me. I am bound and determined to make this year one of the bests yet. That starts with my mindset. I entered this year independent and I am determined to stay completely independent. Even if "that" person comes along, I will still depend on myself (and God, of course) for my happiness, and my self-worth assurance.
As for physical health: bye bye Chick Fil A, Taco Bell, and every other junk food weakness of mine (yikes..) and hello GYM! While I love myself the way I am, I would love to take care of myself a little more and love myself that much more.
I guess you could say this post is to help keep myself accountable. I hope I can look back on this at the end of this year and know for a fact I followed through with my New Years Resolution.
