The Bay Area has had a great year, from the Warriors being the NBA Champions, and still being unstoppable, to being able to host the Superbowl; we've got a lot to look forward. But what we're really winning at is the music that we have been putting out the past few years. The Bay Area has been a place of good music for a while now, especially hip hop and R&B. Starting in the '90s to the mid-2000s -- when the Hyphy Movement exploded -- up until now, hip hop has reigned supreme on the East Bay and other parts in the Yay Area. So let's take a look back at the hip hop which has come from the Yay Area!
