Well, we're five weeks into "The Bachelorette" and we have basically seen it all. Deep talks in the hot tub, men getting smacked in the eye with footballs, and v-necks getting ripped. But the focus of the show up until this point has not been any of these events, but rather a single person: Chad.
Personally, I am relieved that this man is finally off of the show. Way too much focus was placed on him and his immature behavior and unnecessary (but probably very appreciated by the producers) drama was created. For those of you who weren't paying attention, or for those of you who just want to relive this man's awfulness, here are the best moments of Chad:
1. He only made one friend.
It has been said that a person only needs about three really close friends in life. So Chad making one friend during his time on the show would be perfectly normal, except for the fact that he chose to befriend the one guy who got naked the first episode of the season. That should have given JoJo a clue about what kind of person Chad was right off the bat.
2. That time he gave some really good advice to that one friend.
Really good advice. So, in this scenario, you're implying that you're the bad guy...?
3. His eating habits
It's totally fine to love meat. That's fine. But constantly eating just for the sake of proving you like to eat is a little too much.
Ew, don't make that creepy face when you eat, please.
Oops.

4. This incredibly awkward moment
Maybe the right time to try for a first kiss with JoJo was not during your very public stand-up routine.
5. That time he tried to be deep
That time he tried to be deep but ended up saying basically the most cliche thing you could say.
6. When he tried to propose to JoJo
I definitely agree that it's weird proposing to a girl you just met, but come on. Even I know not to mention how naggy someone is in the middle of a fake proposal.
7. This huge assumption
Him speaking towards someone who doesn't seem to like him: "Look, whatever guy like me stole your girlfriend, it wasn't me." Uhhh, OK.
8. His violent tendencies
"I don't want to have to physically fight you, but if there's no way to stop you from saying what you're saying, then I will physically have to hurt you", Chad, on how he deals with people saying things he doesn't like.
He also grabbed another guy by the shirt and ripped it during a group date. His reasoning? "I did that because you. Pushed. Me."
9. This very real threat
"You think this is a show. And you think you're safe, for now. But one day this ends. And when this ends, you go home. When you go home you think I can't find you? You think I won't go out of my way to come to your house?" Alrighty then....
10. This annoying feud
Chad's feud with Alex seemed very scripted and unnecessary. Alex told JoJo what kind of guy Chad really was, and when Chad found out, he was not pleased. "Alex lied. He told her I threatened people. And you know what? Now I gotta go find Alex."
11. He was really kind to all of the other contestants
Here's a nice moment where the "Chad Bear" introduces his fellow contestants
12. His grand exit

13. Bye, Chad

He's finally gone! No more awful, unnecessary drama. We'll never have to deal with his rude, aggressive, and judgmental personality again. Oh wait, yes we will, when he appears on "Bachelor In Paradise". But for now, let's just focus on the goofiest, best guy on the show, James T.
