I'm one of those people who can't sit still for very long before I start to go a little bit crazy. I'm one of the worst binge watchers ever, so I can only watch 3726 episodes of Grey's Anatomy before I need a reset. That being said, I was hardly home a couple hours before I went back to work.

If you have the ability to work over the winter break, it's something I highly suggest.

Not only is it a valuable way to spend the month, month and a half off of school, but it will definitely pay off when you return to school.

Sure, we have meal plans and dining halls and not a ton of valid reasons to spend money too often, but having some spending money is a great thing to have in your back pocket.

Also, you show promise to your employer for future times like summer and other lengthy school breaks. You putting in the time and effort close to the holidays shows promise and any good employer will take note of that.

While there are endless opportunities on how to spend your winter break, putting in some extra time at work will allow you more opportunities going into the next semester.
