In honor of March being women's history month, here is a list of 8 things women should stop caring about.

1. Impressing Men

Let's get real, ladies, it is 2018 if any of you are still going out of your way to impress some guy we need to re-evaluate our priorities. Do what you want because YOU want to. Wear a full face of makeup because it makes you feel confident, not because you feel pressured to look good for some boy.

2. Having To Be Perfect

We are all human and we all have our imperfections. It's about time we embrace all our flaws. We all get acne, body hair, and stretch marks, it is nothing to be ashamed of or try to hide.

3. Fulfilling Gender Roles

Gender stereotypes are so 1950's. Today, women don't have to know how to cook, clean, and be the perfect housewife. There is nothing wrong with being a strong, working women, who sometimes orders take-out.

4. Admitting When You're On Your Period

All women get periods. It's a FACT and doesn't have to be a secret. Your period is natural and nothing to be embarrassed about. Do not let anyone get away with using your period to insult you in any way.

5. Weight

All women are beautiful, but always worry about the numbers on a scale. It is time we all learn to love our bodies the way they are.

6. The Size Of Your Boobs

Your boobies are perfect the size they are. If you have small boobs, love those A cups. If you have double D's, flaunt them. Appreciate your boobs no matter the size.

7. Being Called Crazy

Women get called crazy for the most basic things. Simply asking where your boyfriend is, gets you called crazy. Don't let the word get to you.

8. Slut Shaming

When is slut shaming acceptable? Never. Do not let anyone get away with trying to slut shame you for anything. You can wear what you want and express your sexuality any way you want to.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
