With this upcoming season, your skin is bound to develop changes in both complexion and moisture retention due to less humidity, a dryer atmosphere, and colder weather.

To keep your skin looking fresh and hydrated this winter season some changes have to be made to the skin-care products you're using, but don't worry because I have your back!

In order to figure out what products work best for different skin types this new season, I set myself into a small investigation through the web to see which products were the best to add to your skin-care routine and the following discoveries were made.

Beyond Lotus Aqua Bloom Cream, $25

Want soft and perfectly hydrated skin? Then, this moisturizer will be perfect!

This cream is targeted towards those who have combination skin and will leave your skin gleaming and feeling refreshed. Only grab a minimum amount on your fingers and massage it into the skin after your routine and your skin will retain the moisture. Even on those tough winter months, this moisturizer will have your back!

Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser, $13

Have sensitive skin and don't want any harsh ingredients? This gel cleanser will rid your skin of any dirt and leave it fresh for the morning. The cleanser contains botanical ingredients that will treat your skin gently and subtly. This is great for a quick morning wash before going to class or work-place, but remember to use your preferred moisturizer right after.

Rose Water Sheet Masks, $1-3

Rose water sheet masks are great to use at night once your skin has had a long day. These sheet masks will energize your skin and re-fill your pores with nourishment and hydration. Not only does it make sure that your skin remains nourished, but it also leaves your skin glowing for the next day or even for the rest of the evening. Whether you decide to use the sheet masks at night, in the middle of the day, or even morning, rose water will fight against those dry winter months!

H2O+ Beauty Oasis Hydrating Booster, $38

Need a quick to-go item that you can carry around to make sure to keep your skin is healthy and strong? This booster is both a serum and a moisturizer that can assure long-lasting and immediate hydration to your skin. It contains both Vitamin A and E and it will make sure that your skin glows throughout the day.

Riley Rose Aloe 99% Soothing Gel, $9

Is your skin easily irritated during the winter months? This gel will get rid of all dryness, itchiness, or irritation that your skin is going through. Apply it and massage it on your skin in any time of day and it will leave your skin feeling extremely moisturized and soft. The formula absorbs into your skin quickly and does not stick. With ingredients such as lavender and rosemary, the formula of the gel will make sure that your skin is ready to fight against anything that this season might put it up against.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
