Why It Should Be Cold Always

It's finally getting chilly again, and with every colder degree we touch, I get a little bit more excited. With every passing excitement, I wonder why it isn't cold all year round, to begin with?

The cold brings countless pieces of joy into my life, and here are just a few.

1. Hot chocolate, duh.

Just think about how warm your insides get with hot chocolate.

2. Layer on layer on layer.

Not that I'm some sort of fashionista or something, but it's so much more fun being able to wear jackets and cardigans and scarfs.

3. Christmas cookies

I know what you're thinking if it's cold all year round that doesn't mean it's going to be Christmas all year round. However, I strongly disagree. I think that if it's cold, the cookies will stay.

4. Blankets and more blankets

The most magical form of weather, ever.

6. Lights

This is going to be another one of those "Rebecca, Christmas isn't winter" things, but I wholeheartedly think that if it was cold always, lights always makes it a little bit warmer and happier.

7. FUZZY SOCKS

Do I need to say more?

Let's be real, winter is the best.
