Winter isn't coming; it's here. And I alternate between feeling excited for things like the holidays and cozy sweaters, and then absolutely dreading the subzero temperatures and short daylight hours. We have all our resolutions ready to go and are ready to knock this new year out of the park. We're gonna eat healthy, exercise and stay on top of all our work!

Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines.
