This season of the "Bachelorette" has definitely been one for the books. There has been an array of very strange men, including the "professional hipster", Brandon, and the erectile dysfunction specialist, Evan. There has also been more trouble than ever before with Chad, who has seemed to make all viewers hate him alongside with all of the guys fighting for JoJo's heart as well. Along with that, the guys there are cuter than ever, including Jordan, James T., and Chase. But the greatest of them all is Alex, a United States Marine from Oceanside, California. Here are a just a few reasons (of the many) why you should definitely love Alex from the "Bachelorette."
1. He's a Marine.
Should I say anymore? There is definitely nothing sexier than a man in a uniform that is willing to defend the country.
2. He doesn't put up with nonsense.
With the amount of trouble that Chad has been causing with him since Chad's troublesome side emerged in episode two, Alex has been nothing but willing to put Chad in his place and let him know what's up.
3. He's classy.
In his biography on the "Bachelorette"'s website, Alex states, "I'm not into that whole "booty dancing" thing." With that being said, Alex likes to keep things clean and classy, which is definitely one of the best characteristics in a great man.
4. He's a romantic.
Alex shows JoJo multiple times that he's a great guy. He's said some pretty romantic things, such as "I love being in love and enjoy having someone look into my eyes and be able to just be themselves." If this doesn't just make you swoon then you're not human.
5. He's gorgeous.
Self explanatory. I mean, come on! It doesn't get any better than this.
6. He's a former weight lifting champion.
Back in high school, Alex enjoyed spending his days at the gym weight training. After competing in a few competitions, he won one for weight lifting. So not only does he have a great personality, but he also has a great body.
7. He's great with kids.
As this picture shows, the kids love him. And he seems to like them just as much.
8. He has great bone structure.
9. He beat Chad on the 2 on 1 date.
When Alex finally beat Chad and kicked him out of the house (which doesn't look too good according to the trailer for June 13th's episode), I'm pretty sure everyone gave him a big round of applause. This was easily one of the greatest events that this season has offered us.
