Do you remember the scene in "13 Going On 30" when Jenna Rink (Jennifer Garner’s character) is in the elevator talking to her neighbor? Jenna's neighbor compliments her dress, then Jenna grabs her “new” chest and exclaims, “I’ve got these incredible boobs to fill it out!” Well, that was something I always dreamed of; I wanted to have a solid C-cup. What size is my bra? 32-A. It took me until this year to fully appreciate having small boobs and all the perks that come with having itty bitty titties.
1. You can wear any kind of top you want.
You want to wear that low rise V-neck? Go for it! You may not have anything to show off, but you don't have to worry about spilling out of it. Plus, you can even go bra-less if the material is thick enough!
2. You can almost always go braless.
I hate bras with a passion. My friends are proud when I can last a whole day in one (which isn't often.) If you're comfortable with the nips showing, then I envy your confidence and fearlessness. On the other hand, if you're like me, you can wear nipple petals (adhesives that stick on your breasts and conceal nipples) or shirts with thick material and let the girls go free!
3. We have the cutest bras.
Bra shopping is a breeze for us small-boobed women! When we walk into the store, there are so many pretty bras and bralettes that we can wear. We have more than nude, white, and black styles; we have countless options with lace and color. These cute patterns usually do not come in the larger breast sizes, not to mention, some of us are able to get our bras in the kids section and save a ton of money.
4. We don't have to deal with pains!
Many girls with larger breasts deal with back pain because of the weight they carry on their chests. It can be very uncomfortable and extremely painful in some cases. Meanwhile, smaller chested women rarely have to deal with back pain. Yay us!
5. Exercise is not as straining.
Most women need to wear heavy duty sports bras to prevent pain and movement while working out. With a smaller chest, your boobs don't bounce as much which makes one simple sports bra great for us.
6. We're in the itty bitty titty committee.
Small-boobed women have come together to embrace our itty bitty titties! We have so many accessories available to embrace what we have. There is no longer shame for having small boobs!
