I remember the first time I heard the song "Get Me Some of That." I was driving in the car and it came on the radio. I instantly fell in love with it and ended up getting the whole album just for that one song. That one song became every song he's ever created, and then it got to the point where I needed to see him live in concert. He was touring with Florida Georgia Line, which so happened to be my favorite band and they were coming near me the day after I graduated high school. I instantly bought pit tickets and it was honestly the best day of my life. That day I realized I was absolutely in love with him. Here's why:
1. He truly loves his wife.
Thomas and Lauren are probably the cutest couple you will ever see. But not only are they cute, but he truly loves his wife. I mean who else makes a song about what she wears and how it makes him weak? Most guys don't even remember what their wives wear on special dates. And he also does everything with her. Their marriage is absolutely amazing.
2. He loves his fans.
Now, this one I know from experience. But he loves all his fans, and how much support they give him. Without them, no one would know how awesome of a guy he is. Yes, he makes millions of dollars every day, but he would never turn down talking and hanging out with one of his fans.
3. He's a dog lover.
He treats his furry friend as his own child and even gets professional pictures done!
4. His songs have meaning to them.
His songs tell us a lot about what kind of man he is, and he sure makes a lot of them about his love for his wife.
5. His love for Jesus.
This is on his wife's Instagram, but both him and her have their faith turned on Christ. It's amazing how he seems to have time to put his career aside and put Jesus first.
6. He's goofy and likes to show it.
And he knows how to put smiles on everyone's facing while doing it!
7. He's seriously the cutest.
Perfection right there.
8. He knows how to stay faithful to one girl.
Talk about a long-term relationship even though they were best friends for the longest time.
9. He knows how to have an adventure.
And he loves sharing his memories by pictures.
10. He's the man every girl dreams of having.
He's kind, genuine, adorable, loving, funny—he's the whole package deal. He's someone every girl wants as their husband.
Thomas Rhett has made a huge impact in my life. He's taught me what kind of man I deserve in the future, what kind of husband I want for myself. His music is amazing, and he is such a sweet guy. And I hope one day I meet a man just like him, a man who is going to show me the same love as he shows his wife, a family man and a man who will always stick by my side no matter what. I also hope I get to meet him again soon, because talking to him was honestly one of the greatest things in my life.
