How lucky am I to have been blessed with you? You must be my once in a lifetime.
You know who you are,
Thank you for making me feel beautiful, wanted and lovable. Over this short amount of time we have shared together, you have taught me how to love myself, which I thought was impossible. All of the pain I have endured from past relationships is irrelevant now.
I have come to care less about what other's opinions are on you, rather I formed my own. And in result, I have discovered a few things about you that make my heart skip a beat:
1. The way you are always questioning if I have eaten or not throughout the day. And if I have not, you will not hesitate to either cook me a meal or buy me whatever I desire.
2. The look you get in your eyes when you see me from across a room.
3. The good morning and goodnight texts expressing your "late night" or early morning thoughts to remind me of how much you care.
4. Your eagerness to watch me grow as a person and push me to becoming the best version of myself.
5. The love you share for my family and spending time with each of them.
6. How you have invited me into your home and family without a doubt.
7. The drives you take me on through your town, telling me stories and showing me the important landmarks of your life.
8. The way you turn every phrase into a song.
9. Your passion for Kid Cudi and Tom Brady, even if it is more like an obsession.
10. How we could be sitting in utter silence, and I won't feel awkward at all.
11. I love how we can be our normal, goofy selves around one another.
12. Or the way I cannot stay mad at you for more than five-minutes.
13. There has not been a single car ride that I can remember when your hand hasn't been placed slightly on my leg.
14. The way you love dressing up and looking your best at all times.
15. Your struggles of putting on a shirt makes me laugh every time.
16. The way holding your hand tight with mine always makes me feel comfortable.
17. You accept and embrace my sassiness.
18. And I am able to accept and embrace your sassiness, too.
19. You love my friends almost as much as I do; the effort you make with creating a positive relationship with them means the world to me.
20. Your intelligence enlightens me every time you speak. I love the small "unimportant" facts you share with me.
21. You are able to comfort me even on my worst days.
22. Kissing you is like kissing for the first time all over again, butterflies and all.
23. I can tell you anything and everything, holding no secrets back, sharing my every thought.
24. By no means is our relationship a representation of perfection or "goals," but you always find a way to make me smile 100 times a day.
25. I am lucky enough to have found a best friend and boyfriend all in one. You truly make me a happy girl.
I am not perfect, and certainly not the prettiest or smartest girl out there, but I do have a big heart that I love to share that with those around me, especially you. Thank you for being my Nathan Scott, selflessly loving me with every inch of your being. You are the person I can call in the middle of the night when I am feeling down, but you are also that person I can call when I need a good laugh. So thank you, thank you for being an all around amazing guy for me.
