They say that eyes are the window to the soul. Eyes are the gateway to opportunity; an endless route that ranges depending on the beholder. The beholder has the ability to use his eyes as a tool to meet new people, see new things, and behave in certain ways that he may choose. But all of his actions have a great way of displaying themselves in his eyes, even if they aren't performed physically to humanity. You have the people who's eyes just say "girl, I want to be friends with you." While other's eyes are just telling you to "look away." Eyes are simply not just a facial characteristic that make up a being, but they are one of the parts that make up one's personality. I remember the first moment, the first millisecond, I fell in love with you. I just wanted to look at your eyes all day. Oh, how I couldn't stop looking at them. The sweetness and the beautiful that entered my eyes spontaneously as I looked into yours. It was as if the transitive property was working. Two and a half years later, I still can't stop, nor will I stop looking into your eyes. They are so beautiful. Here are some unique characteristics about what makes eyes so special.

The color of your eyes doesn't matter.

You have brown eyes, blue eyes, gold eyes, hazel, and so many more combinations of colors. But everyone's eyes are different because each person brings to the world a unique characteristic. If you can't tell already, the color of one's eye's doesn't effect their personality, but rather makes the individual more unique.

You can be blind and your eyes can still be beautiful.

Even if you can't see them, others can find them physically attractive. Sometimes the most beautiful things about us are the things we can't define as beautiful.

Some eyes are sweet.

They just make you want to cuddle up into that person's arms and call them your own. And if they already are your own (your man, your girl, your whoever), appreciate them even more.

Some appear sad.

I call these "puppy eyes." Some eyes appear sad and you still want to cuddle that person to let them know that everything will be okay. But in reality, that person is happy as ever.

Some make you hopeful.

Some eyes remind you that there is still hope.

Some eyes encourage you to keep moving forward.

They tell you, "you can do it" when you just want to give up.

While others make you mad.

You feel as if you just don't want to be around this person.

Some eyes are just begging you in fall in love with them.

Yes, those big juicy circles we call eyes are just digging into your being. They are pleading to you "fall in love with me. You know you want to." So why not? Fall in love a little.

Everyone has had different experiences.

We have all witnessed different things. Some may have witnessed falling in love more often than others; others have witnessed death. But each of our experiences are different, but they aren't solely what define us.

Everyone has meet different people.

Because of the various experiences we have all had, we have met people that shared with us their knowledge of the world around them.

We have all been to different places.

Some of us have eyes that have witnessed the gorgeous, wealthy communities of Europe, while other eyes have witnessed struggles and poverty of other foreign lands. But our travels only remind us more of what we have.

I love your soft, hazel eyes. I will never forget the moment you told me that you love me and the way your eyes dove into mine. I will never stop looking into your eyes because as old as we get, your eyes will always be the same.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
