Chick-fil-a is a great environment! The customers love the polite service and the delish food. What is even better is what the workers bring to the experience.
They have a lot of knowledge towards the menu and to the high-end fast food corporation. Not to say that the corporation is not learning more information to become more successful. Here are some ways that prove that Chick-Fil-A is at the top of their game.
1. Chick-fil-A respects its employees, giving them a happy workplace. Growing up Chick-Fil-A was always one of the go-to choices for your first job as a spunky sixteen-year-old. Parents can feel at ease knowing that their young students are getting an educational experience when they first enter the workforce, while also knowing they are in a healthy and safe environment.
2. In its mission statement, despite being a restaurant / fast food service, the company doesn’t even address food. Chick-Fil-A’s main concern is to be a positive influence on its customers. This is a big step in the right direction, especially in comparison to its competition.
Chick-Fil-A's official statement of corporate purpose states that the business exists "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A."
3. They give out their AMAZING Chick-Fil-A sauce for FREE! They don't charge customers 25 cents a piece for it, unlike some people.... I'm looking at you Zaxby's. Don't worry I still love you too.
4. They give out scholarships to their employees and take care of their own.

5. Despite being a fast food place, they really aim to make dining- in a quality experience. No joking, I was dining-in once, sitting eating some soup and an employee came up with a wooden pepper mill grinder.
6. Their food is freaking amazing. Like on the verge of heavenly. The founder S Truett. Cathy was truly a genius. "We Didn't Invent The Chicken, Just The Chicken Sandwich"
7. WAFFLE FRIES! Thank you for being the perfect ratio of crunchy and potato goodness. Enough said.
8. Despite being famously closed on Sundays, they saved the day and fed the hungry. After a massive power outage at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport this past Sunday, thousands were left stranded after their flights were canceled. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed called up Chick-Fil-A and asked for help. Chick-Fil-A went to work immediately, bringing its team members and staff together. They were able to feed thousands. Even Chick-Fila-A CEO Dan Cathy was on scene at the airport to help distribute water and chicken sandwiches.
Chick-Fil-A truly creates a new standard in terms of quality. It is a great environment, both for customers and team members. They are often Chick-fil-a is a great environment! The food is superb, there's no doubt about that.
