Why Can't Anyone Support America Anymore?

Liberals need to learn how to take a loss and support this great nation.

It seems that ever since a new POTUS was elected—from a Republican standpoint—that no one can get along in America anymore, much less support America anymore. My current dissatisfaction with liberals and the Democratic party has escalated from the previous amount. It has only been a short two months and President Trump is under the watchful eye for every little thing he does. He might go down in history as one of the only politicians to ever keep his promises that he reflected during the election process. Newsflash for the people complaining about our president, but 61 million people voted for Trump and the silent majority has had enough of your crazy liberal antics. Any more protests and people are going to stop listening, because whining about anything and everything makes them “the boy who cried wolf”. No wonder the right calls them snowflakes.

Some of the hate I have seen and some of the things I have heard about our president are pretty disrespectful and if Republicans did that to Obama we would never hear the end of it. Liberals want to just pick at everything they can find. Nordstrom has recently cancelled their business partnership with Trump's daughter Ivanka, because of “having trouble selling the product”. Funny story because the second she was dropped from Nordstrom, her perfume sales on Amazon shot to number one, funny how that works isn’t it? Also, the left seems pretty concerned about everyone’s feelings until it is our President’s son. Barron Trump was called a terrorist at the ripe age of 10. Did any liberal care to think how that would make him feel?

The Democratic party is supposed to be the “party of the people,” a party for everyone, unless you are white. Personally I think that is racist, racism doesn’t just exist from white to black like most of the uneducated think. I feel discriminated against in this country because of this. For the first time, I have hope that we are going back to the principals that this country was founded on since our president was elected. Trump isn’t the first one to try to strengthen boarders either. Those ideas are dated back to our second President of the United States, John Adams.

The hashtag, "Not my President," has thankfully started to leave the internet. When it was up on the internet I thought to myself, "do the American people not understand how an election works?" If you are a citizen of the United States your flag has stars and stripes and your president is Donald Trump. Don’t believe me? Google it, ask Siri, heck, go to the white house and see.

The bottom line here is if the liberal left doesn’t start supporting America and threatening to kill the president, we might have on our hands the next war (as I have said previously). I am done hearing about how it is unethical, unfair, unconstitutional, and everything else under the sun. But the fact is that is so far from the truth. If you are part of this country, grow up and support it because that is what American’s do.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
