This time of year is very stressful for many students. You are reaching the end of the semseters and deadlines are flying at you and you have $10 in your bank account that somehow needs to last for two more weeks. There seems like there is not enough time to get everything done, and you end up feeling like a failure before you've even tried. The stress piles on and on and it feels like it's almost impossible to escape it.

Stop.

Take a deep breath.

Relax.

You can do this. There is enough time and you are smart enough to accomplish everything. Take things one step at a time and have some confidence! If you have been feeling overwhelmed here is a list of things that can help you relieve stress.

1. Wear comfy clothes.

2. Eat breakfast before starting your day.

3. Get some sleep every night.

4. Avoid negative people

5.Don't try to remember what you have to do, make sure you write everything down.

6. Set priorities.

7. Smile

8. Pet a dog.

9. Look at pictures of dogs.

10. Get a dog.

11. Go for a drive and listen to your favorite band.

12. Group study, studying with other people helps you learn things better.

13. Get ready the night before instead of rushing in the morning.

14. Get up 10 minutes earlier.

15. Compliment someone.

16. Exercise.

17. Order a pizza.

18. Find support from others.

19. Believe in yourself.

20. Ask for help when you need it.

21. Take some time for yourself.

22. Take a power nap.

28. Turn your phone off while studying.

37. Understand that you can't know everything, but it doesn't mean that you aren't smart

40. Work as hard as you can, but don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing the best you can and that's all that matters.
