1. As much as I really don't want to hear your complaints, I will go to every length I can to help you, knowing that I wont receive a thank you


2. Working Night Audit is like staying awake for 2 days straight then hibernating for 4



2. FYI you yelling at me to fix a problem, isn't going to make me work harder or fast to fix your problem


3. PLEASE...I really wish you would call corporate because they're not gonna do anything for you except laugh in your face


4. I really don't care if you have money in your account, if your card declines, you aren't getting a room

5. I'm sorry your room wasn't cleaned today but that's not my department and you don't need to be yelling at me. Do you see a broom in my hand? I didn't think so, now go away and I'll let housekeeping know

6. We're 98% booked, no you do not get an upgrade and no, I will not move your room to a higher floor


7. For the love of all that is holy, please don't try to have a party at the hotel while I'm working


8. Front Desk Agents' biggest fear is that when a guest gets so mad that they try to jump over the desk


9. Praying that you don't get QA'ed during your shift


10. When you work alone and you get the feeling that the hotel is haunted...even if it's a brand new hotel

11. However, all the crap that we deal with is totally worth it when we get a good review or a 100% rating
