When spring break to comes to an end, it's quite the time to be alive with all the stories you hear and the people you see. From tans to sunburns, relaxing stories on the beach to crazy drunk ones, this is what to prepare for when coming back from spring break.
1. Flying back to snow, dressed in minimal amounts of clothing.
Colorado is known for bipolar weather and it is more than disappointing when you come home after a warm week in a tropical place to a foot of snow.
2. Exceedingly low amounts of motivation.
You're not gonna believe the amount of work you have to do and the struggle it will take to feel to get it done. Keep your chins up people, the end is near. One more month!
3. Stories from Cabo.
Oh, yes, the infamous Cabo.
4. Tans.
For those who are a little darker than when you saw them last, they are very proud to show it off. There will be no shortage of girls showing each other tan lines and giggling about how they can't believe they didn't burn.
5. Sunburns.
For the more unfortunate bunch who "forgot" to put on sunscreen, they will talk endlessly about that too.
6. More stories from Cabo.
The amount of times I have heard, "One more margarita and I would have been kicked out" is incomparable to anything else I have heard since I have been back.
7. People who went to Cabo, telling people who didn't go, they need to go next year.
Cabo is something everyone wants to experience for college, so if you didn't go this year, you must be on board to join the masses next year.
8. Groups already making plans for next year's Cabo adventure.
People like to make tentative plans and whether serious about going or not, they talk about saving money or getting a job so they can go.
Also, one question for the Cabo spring breakers: did you really barely make it out alive?
