Summer is the perfect time to binge watch TV shows and movies. But my month two, you may find yourself running out of things to watch, so here is a list of ideas based on your major.

1. If you’re a business student, try Shark Tank.

The ABC show allows aspiring entrepreneurs to pitch their ideas to “sharks,” who are a handful of successful business people. The sharks can then choose to invest money in their idea to help a budding businessperson make their dreams a reality.

2. If you are a journalism student, try The Newsroom on HBO.

The Emmy-Award winning political drama series is about a group of people who make nightly news show. There are three seasons from 2012 to 2014.

3. If you’re a medical student, House or Grey's Anatomy.

There are plenty to choose from, but two popular shows are House and Grey’s Anatomy. Warning, both House and Grey’s are highly addicting.

4. If you’re a communications student, try Scandal.

The Grey’s Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes also created this ABC drama. Olivia Pope, the main character, used to be the media consultant to the president but now owns her own crisis-management firm.

5. Performing arts student, So You Think You Can Dance.

There are many options for this major including, Dancing With The Stars or even Dance Moms if you like a little drama in your dance shows.

6. If you’re a psychology student check out Criminal Minds.

It puts a different spin on your normal crime show, looking into the psychology aspect of the criminal. It’s an interesting watch.

7. Criminal justice student Law and Order.

Which is of course my personal favorite.

8. If you’re Political Science major, House of Cards.

This Netflix original is about a United States representative. Can’t get much more political than this show.

9. If you’re an Architecture major, try House Hunters.

In this show, a real estate agent shows potential home buyers three different homes. At the end, the potential buyer or buyers then pick their favorite and buy it! You’re able to see lots of different places and unique types of houses. There is also Tiny House Hunters and House Hunters International.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
