What do people think about when they are about to go to sleep or enter something different? When people go to sleep, they sometimes dream, but also think about the goals they have set out and when it can become reality. Reality is the present and what you can see with your own eyes instead of envisioning it every day. Reality is what people can feel instead of just see in their own mind. I wonder every day, "When will my dreams or goals come to a reality and not just a dream?" Everyone should think ahead of their past and present, because sometimes things can change in an instant, making adapting to the situation the hardest. I would like to help others become someone they want to be rather than what their parents want them to be. Anyone should have goals or somethings they want to do with their lives in a positive way, but time is what sometimes stop them from completing that goal or proposition they have in mind. My mind tells me that I have so much potential, but patience can ruin that potential.
Do not let other people tell you that you cannot do something, but rather change you for the better, not for the worst. If you do not have a goal or dream set in mind, start now and work your way from there to have something that you can look back upon when you accomplish it. People need to realize that goals and dreams can always be accomplished, but failure will come into play. It is similar to beating everyone in a video game and then you come across a new player and lose to him. Life is not about those failures that entered, but about the failures that are resolved into successes. Accomplishments can make you feel happy about yourself and the ones around you who contributed to that success. I would think to myself "When will I ever accomplish this goal and will it be tomorrow, next year, or the next decade?" When people do not have patience, things are rushed and others will not realize what trap they are getting themselves into. Reality can set in at any moment, but it is up to you to change that mindset.
Things can change and shape who you are, but sometimes it is up to you that can keep those things from changing you permanently. This whole perspective of reality is tough, but it can change what a person really sees through life. I look at all the dreams and goals, I accomplished and I am safe to say that it distinguishes me from all my setbacks. Everyone is destined for failure and setbacks, but that is what life is all about, until you throw those failures away and make it into accomplishments.
