Of the 12 zodiac signs, each has its own specific strengths, weaknesses, and attitudes towards life. Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18):

An Aquarius can be one of the most amazing friends in the world but you have to give them time to get to know you and become comfortable. An Aquarius is good at thinking through situations deeply and being able to solve problems. You'll definitely want to keep an Aquarius friend around if you're bad at thinking ahead because these people are planners. They are gifted with the ability to picture their future and see the world as having a million different possibilities for them. Pisces (Feb 19-March 20):

Pisces are extremely friendly and very compassionate. As a friend, they are generous, selfless and often put the needs of others before their own. Pisces are very emotionally intelligent and not afraid to communicate and express their feelings. Pisces are gifted with great intuition and the ability to sense when something is wrong. They are also very artistic and musically-driven. The only things to look out for in a Pisces are their tendencies to be overly trusting and sometimes play the victim in order to receive attention. Overall, however, this is the friend that will be loyal, caring and never judgmental.

Aries (March 21-April 19):

When you're friends with an Aries, they will ensure that their presence is always known. Aries are known to have very strong personalities and be extremely confident, courageous and enthusiastic. They are very active and always looking to do new and fun things that challenge them. They are communicative beings and often times very direct and honest which can sometimes come back to bite them. Aries are very social and will easily make an infinite number of friends and connections throughout their lifetime. As a friend, an Aries will not be afraid to come out and tell you exactly what they're thinking and when they think you're wrong. Typically when looking for friends, an Aries will gravitate towards people who are just as energetic and confident as them.

Taurus (April 20-May 20):

Taurus are very grounded, devoted and patient beings. They are often very loyal and feel comfortable with the people and things that they have been surrounded by their whole lives. They don't like sudden change which often leads them to maintain friendships with people they know from childhood or at least for a good amount of time. They are very patient and loyal to projects that they are working on and will continually work on one thing until they are satisfied. Some people may view this as stubbornness but to them it's commitment. As a friend, you can almost guarantee that a Taurus will be committed to you and always be the voice of reason.

Gemini (May 21-June 20):

Gemini are very social, adaptable and quick to strike up a conversation with just about anybody. This is the type of friend who will always have you doing new and fun things. Their curious nature makes them restless which gives them the sense that they don't have enough time to see and experience everything there is in the world. They need variety and excitement in their life or else they become easily uninterested. Sometimes, however, this may be seen as being inconsistent and indecisive. Gemini are constantly being inspired and can be counted on as the friend who always has a new and different question to find the answer to.

Cancer (June 21-July 22):

A cancer is a difficult sign to understand. They are often very sensitive and emotional even if they don't show it or let it be known to others. Even so, this is a friend who will have your back and always be able to sympathize with what you're feeling. They are very loyal to people they are close to but will sometimes become moody or pessimistic when faced with adversity. They are very intuitive and often like to socialize in more intimate settings. As a friend, they will always be there to support you and talk you back down from an emotional outburst.

Leo (July 23-Aug 22):

Leos are very generous and loyal friends and will always put the time and energy to help you when you need it. They are often seen as the leader of the group and are very self-confident which can sometimes be seen as arrogance and neglectfulness of others' problems. However, they have the ability to relate with almost anyone and bring different people together. Leos have many friends and are known to be reliable, warm-hearted and energetic.

Virgo (Aug 23-Sep 22):

Virgos are extremely loyal, kind and long-lasting friends. They have a very strong and unchanging character which acts as a moral compass that guides them through life. They are good communicators on paper but when it comes to actually saying how they feel, they have a hard time expressing it. They are always paying close attention to the smallest details in life which allows them to be very attentive friends while at the same time coming off as being over-critical and worrisome. A Virgo is a friend who is always good at listening, giving advice and caring for others.

Libra (Sep 23-Oct 22):

Libras are very social, gracious and supportive friends. They don't like being alone and therefore thrive when they are with people with whom they can constantly discuss and chat with. They are very peaceful beings and try to avoid conflict whenever possible. A Libra knows that their true character is what's most important in creating relationships but they need to know that their opinion matters. As a friend, a Libra will put you first and always be there to help you get through a difficult situation.

Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21):

A Scorpio is a true friend but you have to be a true friend back or it might be impossible to win back their trust. They are very passionate, assertive and honest beings which makes them great friends. They typically like to be in the company of friends who are just as quick-witted and intelligent as them. You can tell a Scorpio anything because they will be guaranteed to keep your secrets and treat you with the utmost fairness and respect. However, you have to be aware of the fact that Scorpios hate dishonesty and can become easily jealous or weary of your trustworthiness.

Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 21):

Sagittarius are very generous, open-minded and enthusiastic beings. They have a great sense of humor and like to be surrounded by good friends. They have a deep love and appreciation for experiencing culture and diversity through travel. Sagittarius likes to feel free as if they have the ability to do anything they can imagine. As a friend, Sagittarius will be fun-loving and devoted to your relationship but only if they feel that it is reciprocated. Capricorns are responsible, reliable and loyal friends. If you do something to hurt a Capricorn they can become extremely cold and unforgiving. They have a deep appreciation for tradition and all things that make them feel safe and at home.
