In case you are reading this and are completely unaware of who Camila Cabello is, you may want to google Fifth Harmony or try to remember the last time you heard "Work From Home" on the radio. She is 1/5 of the five-piece girl group created on the X Factor, Fifth Harmony, and is definitely worth getting to know. Throughout her career as a musician, Camila has taught millions of fans all about love and the importance of accepting yourself. Here are some of the lessons and thoughts she has personally inspired me with.

1. "Love Only"

This phrase means a lot to Camila and has, in my opinion, started a positive movement on and off social media. It's as simple as it sounds. I think it's a crucial mantra to live by because without love, this world would be so empty and hopeless. After overcoming many obstacles in her life, Camila knows the importance of love and compassion towards others in a world that doesn't need anymore hate.

2. "There is no freedom like the freedom that comes from accepting yourself"

Camila was and still is the goofy girl of the group that is never afraid to be herself around the cameras or with fans. She has quirks and it is admirable to see someone take pride in who they are. Camila is genuine and I've learned from her that the best way to make friends and unforgettable memories is to be yourself. I've watched her grow from the X Factor into a confident woman, but she is still the same humble and selfless person who auditioned in 2012.

3. Expand your knowledge and always try to learn something new

After seeing a girl be so fascinated by music at a young age grow up to be incredibly successful, it is evident that we should never give up on our dreams or stop striving to do our best. Camila has advanced immensely since she first started in Fifth Harmony. She can now play the guitar beautifully (even barre chords!) and even has her own songs/projects outside of the group. She is constantly working on a new project and stepping out of her comfort zone. This inspires me, and many others, to keep learning and pushing myself to improve at everything I do.

4. Music solves almost anything

I thought I understood this concept years ago, but now I really can comprehend what this means because of how Camila has put it into perspective. Everyone has a bad day where nothing is going right and you feel as though the world is about to end. Music gets us through these times because it shows us that there are other people going through the exact same thing and soon everything will be ok whether we believe it in that moment or not. No matter what mood you are in, music can make you feel better, help you cope, or comfort you by helping you understand that you are not alone. Camila has taught me that it is completely ok to forget about your problems for a little bit and just breathe as you listen to your favorite songs.

5. A 1% chance is better than it sounds

When most people get the news that there is only a 1% chance that they'll get something, they automatically feel as though it's not worth their time and the ultimate outcome will be failing. Camila has proven that even 1% is a possibility and worth fighting for regardless of the circumstances. She was told their was only a 1% chance that she would be able to audition and she never lost hope that she would get somewhere. Positivity and determination are so important regardless of what you are trying to achieve successfully.

6. Give back

One of the most important things Camila Cabello has taught me is to always help others in need. Even with her hectic schedule, she continues to make time to visit charities and create projects to help people that truly appreciate all that she does. This year, 2016, she is an advocate for Save the Children and has helped raise a lot of money for the foundation.

Camila Cabello has changed millions of lives and it has been an honor to learn so much from her thus far.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
