Ever been stuck deciding which show to watch on Netflix? Well, if you are anything like me, you have. There are so many options and it gets confusing on which show you think you would actually enjoy. Although deciding on a show could be tough, Netflix is actually the best way to watch television. You don't have to wait for one episode every week, you can keep watching for hours and hours, and when you need to use the bathroom or get some food you just pause it! Another awesome thing about Netflix is that there are no commercials, and we all know how annoying commercials are. I have put together a list of my favorite 12 television series on Netflix in random order to, hopefully, help you decide on a show. But one warning to keep in mind about Netflix, once you watch one episode you may not be able to stop.
1. "Friday Night Lights"
This show focuses on the main character Eric, showing his family and the football teams he coaches. It displays how the bond of teammates can never be broken. Even if you are not into sports, this is a great series to watch and I loved it!
2. "Friends"
If you have already seen this series, it is definitely worth it to watch it again. And if you have never seen it you are missing out. "Friends" never gets old with its good sense of humor and lovable characters. There is just something about this show that makes your heart happy.
3. "Prison Break"
"Prison Break" keeps you on your toes for every episode. You never what's coming next, and just when you think you do, the opposite happens. This is one of the best series I have watched and I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
4. "American Horror Story"
Definitely do not watch this show if you are frightened easily. It is a great series of horror events with each season having it's own story to it. It is a very interesting show and has some really good actors.
5. "Grey's Anatomy"
Another one of my favorites, "Grey's Anatomy" shows interesting medical situations along with great friendships and relationships. By the end of the series you can't help but feel bad for Meredith, but in some ways you also want to be her.
6. "The Fosters"
This series is unlike any other series I have seen. It includes a lesbian couple that fosters all of their children. By explaining all the troubles of foster kids, it really opened my eyes and showed me how good I have it. This is a really awesome show.
7. "Pretty Little Liars"
"Pretty Little Liars" is not an ordinary drama. There is a mysterious person, "A," who controls their lives and somehow always knows everything about their lives. Every time you think you are about to find out who "A" is, you realize you are nowhere close. They really know how to keep you guessing.
8. "Making A Murderer"
This is a very interesting show because it is based on a true story. It documents the life of Steven Avery and how he was arrested for a crime he didn't commit. It shows how his life was ruined by not being able to have a relationship, having family members doubt his innocence and adding unthinkable amounts of stress to him and his family's lives.
9. "One Tree Hill"
"One Tree Hill" includes many valuable life lessons throughout it's seasons. It is about a great group of high school friends that continue to stay in touch and be big parts of each other's lives. Two of the characters even find out they are brothers!
10. "The Office"
"The Office" is, hands down, the funniest show on Netflix. This show keeps you laughing and wanting to keep watching with every episode. Definitely not one to miss.
11. "Bob's Burgers"
Similar to "Family Guy," this is a cartoon. It has good humor and funny voices for each character. If you like "Family Guy," chances are you will like "Bob's Burgers."
12. "Gossip Girl"
Another one of my favorites, "Gossip Girl" includes a little mystery as to who the Gossip Girl is sharing all of their secrets, but it also has the drama of this group of friends. They are all rich and live in New York, so it is interesting to see that different lifestyle, but also be able to relate to the characters.
